Cozy spot in Venice!
The super nice team and even taught us some Italian. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices and a lovely outdoor courtyard to enjoy it. Only issue was the room was on the smaller side, but it had everything we needed.

A very nice way to end my trip. Neat hotel in a beautiful building very close to a water taxi with and all the restaurants, San Marco and all the attractions, including of course St Marks and the gondola rides. Exceptionally comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and a safe box, television and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. Good and incredible location and plentiful breakfast with cheese and meats, as example.

Really good Location with Wonderful Service
Staying here. The staff's warm hospitality stood out, especially the complimentary coffee and afternoon snacks. The room was cozy after long explorations, and the nearby dining options were perfect for our family. Pro tip, Don't miss the charming courtyard.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the outset. The room was delightful and having stayed in Venice before much nicer than a previous, more expensive hotel. The room was very clean, with a lovely view over a small canal. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but very nice. The decor was bright and appeared recently refurbished. The breakfast was good with a beautiful hidden courtyard, should you want to dine outside. The location was perfect, very close to St Marks' and a very short walk from the nearest waterbus stop, very important when carrying cases to the hotel on arrival and departure. Overall a superb hotel and excellent value for money.

We had an excellent stay with an amazing breakfast that was served until noon. The free minibar was a delightful surprise, and the delicious complimentary snacks in the afternoon made us feel special. I'd definitely choose this spot again during our next visit to Venice.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, convenient yet out of the way. Our concierge made our stay very comfortable. We applaud his professionalism.
Hard to find at first but afterwards it was very easy. Outside courtyard needs more attention. More plants perhaps?

Family with children will love it
We stayed in two rooms, both super clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive, always offering insightful restaurant recommendations, made our meals lovely.
Not the cheapest place around, but worth it for what you get.

Very good hotel. There are not many rooms, and some of them are not very big. But the rooms are very clean, and classically designed. French style. The location of the hotel is perfect, in a quiet alley behind the San Marco pallazo. The employees were very kind and professional. A little story which shows the kindness: when we left the room, we forgot to empty the closet with our clothes. While waiting for the taxi-boat, one of the employees came all the way to the taxi boat to bring our forgotten clothes. What a service!
The room was not very big.

This is a new hotel and beautifully designed and finished. The staff spoke good english and were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The location was a little difficult to find, down a side street, but on the canal with gondalas. Everything a hotel in Venice should be. Quite expensive but worth every euro!

missingWrote a review on 13 Julcharming locationcozy courtyardfinding entrance
The location shines, tucked in a charming corner just steps from Piazza San Marco, great for quick access to attractions while remaining peaceful at night. The cozy outdoor courtyard adds a nice touch, perfect for sipping coffee or relaxing in the fresh air.
Finding the entrance can be a real hassle. It's not well-marked and sits off a narrow walkway, made dragging luggage a chore. The bathroom installations felt a bit outdated as well, with a tricky shower door and some discoloration on wood corners that detracted from the overall aesthetic. A minor annoyance with the pillows and mattress being on the firmer side might leave some folks craving a bit more comfort, though that's a subjective call. There was also a faint smell in the bathroom that didn't quite sit right, affecting the overall experience.

The beauty of the appointments, the first class bathroom fixtures, the classy beauty products, the flexible shower-bath, the comfortable bed, the slippers, the entry card system, the helpfulness of the staff, the excellent breakfast choices and service, the arranged trip to Murano by water taxi . We really liked the availability of the lobby computer since we had not brought along our laptop and had very little connection aboard the cruise we had just left.
If only someone had told us to get off the actv at Ferrario to board the train, we would not have missed our reserved seats and had to take the train to Milano an hour later and so put our final destination, Locarno, and our meeting with a relative who had no cell phone as a miscue. We kept looking for a stop named Santa Lucia and of course as we found out later, there was none by that name and it was not until Murano that that got straightened out.
